Dr Marcus is great!

Dr Marcus made the whole process simple and easy. I had no pain and no issues.

Dr. Marcus was courteous and listened to my concerns and issues. He offered a variety of workable solutions and proceeded with an injection after I decided on an option.

He is quick and to the point which I appreciate. However - they are always late... I had to wait over 30 minutes for a 5 minute appointment.

So the provider is pretty good and he's very knowledgeable and intelligent. He listens to all your concerns, but the practically the office, the Edison office for Hagen-Zeig Meridian Health is not pretty good. The staff is rude. They are very incompetent in timely working. They are not punctual. They be very rude and strict about the appointment time to the patient, but on return, they are not at all up to the mark. They do not have access to the proper records. They do not have proper information on provider claims and insurance. If they want to do any recalls or they have to call back the provider, the patient about the information, they never call back. The patient has to reach out to them multiple times and even after multiple times, they are just very rude and not at all helpful. And any claims or any questions.

I found Dr.Marcus friendlyandeasy to understand.

Dr. Marcus' office needs to plan better when scheduling appts. My appt. was at 3 pm. Noone gave me any updates as to the long wait until I approached the gal at the desk and said I would leave if I was not seen very soon. I finally saw Dr. Marcus around 4!!

The provider's great except for he takes too long. His appointments should be not scheduled with as many people so that you don't have to arrive and wait as long as you do. I would prefer like 15 minutes wait at all. They do put you in the room 15 minutes after you arrive, but it's still another half hour, 15 minutes to a half hour before you're seen. So I like the doctor, but he needs to improve on his timeliness because I'm taking off time of work with sick time or whatever.

I'm waiting for the effect of the injection or to see what will happen, but so far so good

I had a very good experience with my first visit with Dr, Marcus. He was thorough and knew exactly what my problem was. He's very knowledgeable and explaines things well. The office staff were all extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr Marcus.

Dr. Marcus was great. I am really offended by this survey which refers to a licensed clinician as a provider. That is inappropriate and offensive.

Dr. Marcus is joyful and charming. He is relatable and easy to discuss concerns with. I like him.

Dr Marcus listened to my concerns and explained my options to me. He provided me with wrist braces And called me when I let him know of my discomfort. Using them. He wanted to try other measures before Resorting to injections.

I feel very comfortable with him. He understands and he is very well versed in my situation. He is good!!

Dr. Marcus is a wonderful doctor. I had been to him in the past and he helped me out at that point. So he's working with me now. I'm trying to get my finger feeling better. And so I was very, very pleased. He was very good, thoughtful, and did a couple of x-rays and gave me something to wear for my finger. And I'm very pleased.

The staff is very friendly

I have been going to Dr. Marcus for almost 20 years. He is knowledgeable and professional. I trust him with the multiple surgeries that he has done. His follow up care is excellent.

I trust and respect Dr. Marcus and believe the extra wait might have been he was not in the Edison office so several of us were sent to the Old Bridge office. The room was crowded.

Doctor has a great personality, makes you feel very comfortable and answers all of your questions in an understandable language.

Overall, a good experience. It would help though to understand more clearly if the provider talked a little slower.

Good and excellent office environment

Wait time was incredibly long. I should have been given a call to let me know the Dr. was running an hour and 1/2 late. For my next visit I asked if I could call in to see if Dr. was running on time, and was told no, I had to show up at my scheduled appointment time. I work for a dentist and when we are a little behind, I call my patients to let them know to come in 15 min. later to avoid waiting in the office. Scheduling should be better planned for Dr. Marcus' office.

He's a very knowledgeable doctor, very experienced, and very humane way of explaining things. Analogy to the person who is non-medical and they can understand. I really recommend and love. Thank you.

Dr. Marcus and his staff provide excellent care

I love Dr. Marcus. He's been my hand doctor for 20 or 21 years. I've had three surgeries with him. I wouldn't go to anybody else. I love him. He's personable, friendly. He listens to you and he does what he believes is right for you at that time, at that moment. I mean, you have to wait for him, but you pay, you know, you get what you pay for and I will wait for him because he is worth every penny. I love him. Can't say enough about him. He's great.

Dr Marcus is an excellent physician. He takes his time and explains all that is needed. He encourages questions and makes sure you leave the office with a good understanding of what is going on regarding treatment.

Make sure that all medical for medicines are updated. It was not asked during my visit, but the doctor remembered to ask me if I was on any of the new diabetes, like Ozempic or something because it could affect insulation.

Entire visit was more like an interview than an exam. The doctor never examined me and did not give me any medical advice. The doctor did say that he would see me again if needed.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Marcus. I was able to book an appointment fairly soon, close to my visits, but upon entering, I found that the office to be a bit dated, unclean overall. The staff overall welcoming, but Dr. Marcus walked in, his bedside manner is god awful. Walked in with gloves on his hands, which I work for a very large dental group, we see over 30,000 patients a year. I have 180 employees under me. This is not compliant. wearing gloves. I don't know if they're used or not. He's holding a chart, not even looking at me. I then showed him my finger, which was in question. He did not even touch it, did not examine it. He looked at it at a glance, made an assumption of what it was, and then suggested a surgery, which would require me to be under anesthesia. Did not suggest any alternative precautions. Made me feel like this was potentially the worst possibility of what this could be, which from my research and having now spoken to other providers, this could be uh... very minor
