Dr. Sawires's professional, knowledgeable and compasionate demeanor are assets to the medical profession. The staff is most accommodating and cordial as well. All of these factors contribute to a positive environment.

The doctor did a wonderful job, but the staff who makes the appointments called me seven times to remind me of my appointment, and the day before the appointment, they called to change the day. This happens the last five or six times I have an appointment. Very, very poor scheduling. You should do something about that. Very inconvenient.

I've had a foot ailment for a couple of years now and I think Dr. Christina knows how much I love her. She is a fantastic doctor and I would not think about going to anybody else. Thank you.

My experience with the doctor is good. Now ask me about My Chart. I don't understand how written reports from my doctors have become my chart . I usually can't access it on my phone. Nor should I need to find a way to print it so that I can refer to it later. Senior citizens should not need to be computer savvy to be knowledgeable about their health. I am grateful that I am able to understand much of the information I hear, but new information from a new specialist can be daunting.

Right up to the welcome from the girls when you first walk in, everybody helping you, the cleanliness there, the doctor, she was fabulous. She helped me with all my issues, every question I had, even some that weren't basically related to the exact thing I was there for, but how it could affect other things that I have. The doctor was excellent. I would recommend her to any family and friends. The support staff was good as well, other than one particular person would come in and use the garbage can. Instead of stepping on the foot pedal to open up the can, she would actually touch the garbage lid to get her trash in, as well as continually walking in and out of the exam room that I was in to get supplies. That was really the only feedback that I wanted to leave. I just felt like that was kind of unsterile to do it that way and then to open up all the equipment used to remove my toenail with the same hands. Thank you.
