Dr Cabales is THE BEST...

Dr. Cabales and his staff are very professional. The office has a friendly ambience. Dr. Cabales is a wonderful physician, very patient oriented. He listens to my queries without rushing me and treats me with respect. He is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Cabales is a great doctor, very friendly, very informative. I wish I had found him sooner to be my primary. I'm very fortunate to have him as my primary for as long as I can. He's the best.

The receptionist is not experiencing about insurance coverage and very mean personally with patients. improvement with good personal is working on front desk.

I don't like doing the call-in service. I wish it would go by because you can call the doctor's office and make your appointment. It's more easier and they can fit you in where the schedule is provided. The ladies, the receptionists at the doctor's office, they are amazing. Let's get that out. They are great, his secretaries at the office, Dr. Cabales's office. They're awesome. And Dr. Cabales is amazing. He's a great, outstanding doctor. But to do this call-in, wherever you got a call and they go to asking you all these questions and stuff like that, y'all need to get rid of that. Let's go back to when you can call the doctor's office or you can have somebody working at the doctor's office to answer the call and do it that way, the old school way, the original way. But that's it.

I am normally afraid to go to the doctor and have avoided it for years. I finally got the courage to go and it was the easiest, best experience ever. I feel like the entire staff was my family and we were just hanging out. They were so friendly, respectful and easy to deal with. Dr Cabales himself was also excellent, listened to everything I had to say, gave me the truth in his answers and felt like he is a friend giving me advice, vs a Doctor telling me what I had to do. I am looking forward to returning for checkups often.

My provider was excellent. Dr. Cabales was courteous, friendly, and professional, always. The only thing that improved, it was a virtual appointment, and my technology isn't up to snuff, I would say. I had a little bit of a problem, but that's not the provider's fault. That's on my end. So the secretaries in the office were very accommodating, and very helpful, and the overall experience was great. I recommend Dr. Cabales most enthusiastically.

He's very helpful and he answers any questions. He spent time with me to help me with what I needed.

Yes, my provider was Dr. Cabales. He was excellent, very professional and yet courteous and understanding of my special medical problems. Also the staff, very helpful and quickly took care of any of my concerns. Also helped me with the with the televisit internet stuff because I'm not very proficient.
