I always feel like Dr. B. Kim cared about what I had to say about my fears and concerns about my health. I also feel a sense of freedom to write and let him know about other conditions I wasn't able to convey during my appointment.

Dr. Kim was accomodating and kind. His pleasant demeanor helped to calm my anxieties.

Virtual technology doesn't seem to connect well compared to other health groups's app I used in the past. Office personnel had to send me 3-4 times of the access screen.

Everything has been a positive experience. The only issue is the parking problem that is on going. Really need to work on that PLEASE!

Dr Kim is personable, knowledgeable and ensures he provides the best treatment. Also sincere.

Dr. Kim is a prime example of how patients should be treated he apologized for being a little behind which was appreciated know he is quite busy. He gives his patients the proper time to speak with and listen to which also takes more time..His staff are also professional, courteous and respectful all around great experience
