The experience was very good and as soon as I arrived, they attended to me quickly and I went through the room where the doctor was going to see me. He was a very kind doctor and above all I liked that he let me talk as long as I could. He is a very kind doctor and I felt like I was talking to someone I knew. Thank you.

Very nice, modern facility but a little trickey to get to. Thankfully, there were many signs with arrows pointing towards 650 from road. Without those signs, i do not think i would have been able to easily find the building.

I figured that this office was very interesting to get to. I had no idea that it existed in that area of Pyramus, and I thought it was interesting how nice and open it felt. It definitely felt convenient that way. Overall, I didn't really have much else in terms of feedback or criticism or anything like that. This location, being that this was my first time visiting, was nice. That's all there really is to it.

This was my first visit and so far I am very happy with this provider.

The front desk staff can be more professional. I stood on a line to check in for 15 minutes and it was not a registration issue with any patient. The staff was sitting there holding conversations among themselves and laughing. Then the registrar told me I was late for my appt and I told her that she saw I walked in on time but since they were busy talking and laughing they are the reason I am now late. She did say let me see if it's ok to see you. She went to the back to confirm if I was going to be seen. I told her I waited 4 months for the appointment and expect to be seen. It was not my fault she registered me late. The MA and the Doctor did provide excellent care.

The Dr. was very patient and helpful, not as pressured as most HUMC physicians
