My daughter was having an issues and the office really worked with us to get her seen. We live far from the office and they were very understanding. This was also not her usual provider but she was amazing and very helpful and kind. This is why we travel to this office. Thank you.

Good afternoon. Well, I think it took the doctor a long time. She went back and forth and back, I mean, she went around in circles to see her and I waited too long because she left the office a lot. She didn't let me explain things to her properly because everything was so fast, so fast, so fast. No, really, I didn't feel that comfortable with her. I felt so comfortable with her speed. I don't like her speed, and so I didn't like the fact that I had to wait either. Thank you.

I love the new office even though it is 15 mins more to drive than the old office.

I waited about 40 minutes however, I would come back as the Doctor was super professional and respectful. She educated me well on the condition my son has (toenails) , allowed me to ask questions and responded to my questions in a very kind and professional manner.

Dr. Schaffer is amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anybody and I have.
