Darshini Shah, MD


Dr. Shah is a highly dedicated Family Medicine physician who provides comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients aged 18 and older. Passionate about promoting overall wellness, she skillfully addresses a diverse array of medical concerns, ranging from routine preventive care—such as vaccinations and health screenings—to the management of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, Dr. Shah takes the time to truly understand each patient's individual health history and lifestyle, allowing her to create tailored treatment plans that resonate with their specific needs and aspirations. Her commitment to fostering meaningful relationships with his patients ensures a supportive environment where they feel empowered to engage actively in their own health journeys.
During her postgraduate training, Dr. Shah served as Chief Resident at Lower Bucks Hospital. Sher earned her MD from the American University of Integrative Sciences and her MBA in Healthcare Management from Davenport University. She has been recognized for her leadership and clinical excellence, including Resident Intern of the Year and the ABFM In-Service Award of Excellence. Dr. Shah is passionate about quality improvement and research, and actively participates in initiatives to enhance patient care. She is also a dedicated community volunteer fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Dr. Shah is currently seeing patients at the Hackensack Meridian Health and Wellness Center in Clark.
