It was very hard to associate the number with the meeting. I spoke to her for maybe 10 minutes on the phone and that was it. It was just to give her my symptoms. There was no follow-up or anything else.

I was so disappointed. I said my shoulder hurts have pain in it and was not paid attention to. I left there with a pain in my shoulder just as I went in and I never heard two words about it even though I said I have a problem with my shoulder

I had an issue where I needed to see a specialist as soon as possible. She was able to make that happen, booking my appointment for the very next day. My procedure was completed in a reasonably time frame. I am quite satisfied with the results.
