She was absolutely wonderful, brilliant kind, generous with her time I couldn't be happier with Dr. Alpert. My only issue was the receiving receptionist I found to be offputting and slightly rude. She certainly did not represent the overall experience with my doctor. The nurses were wonderful as well. I do have maybe one other concern which is scheduling the blood work needed as it is normally done in the office. However, the phlebotomist was out that day and now I have to go to LabCorp and they can't see me for another three weeks. I also have to get an angiogram MRI and I hope that scheduling goes smoothly

Excellent physician

The check in process is quick and easy.

I have been going to Dr. Alpert for about 15 years she is wonderful recently I found out that HMH is no longer in my plan but I still go to her as self pay. She has changed my life for the better and do not want to go to anyone else.

This doctor saw something in my blood tests that no other doctor had caught. She brought it to my attention and recommended a doctor that she thought would address the problem.

Excellence experience from valet service to checking in, wait time was a few minutes, office staff very knowledgeable and the doctor definitely listened and answered all my questions and made me feel like she cared!

Dr Alpert is the best! I suffered from gout for years and when I landed in the hospital to get my knee drained... again ... the hospital assigned her to my case. She said she could get rid of my gout, which I was sceptical because no one else could, but she did it! I have been gout-free ever since. She is the only doctor you'd need for gout control. Excellent bedside manner. She really cares!

Actually, this was a nurse visit. It was not a real doctor visit. So she was there and didn't, you know, answered some of my questions and said that she would see me when I have my regular appointment. I would think that you would call me after I had a regular appointment, not a nurse visit. Actually, the gal who gave me the shot is very, very nice. And I think you need to call me after I have a regular visit, not a nurse visit. Thank you.

Professional - Good Communicator -

I was able to see Dr. Alpert outside of my regular twice a year visits because I was having a problem with pain, arthritic pain and rheumatoid arthritic pain. I was able to get an appointment within a week and her nurse was absolutely wonderful and Dr. Alpert came in promptly and listened to my issues. I'm a retired nurse practitioner so I have been on the ball as far as my health is concerned but she has been wonderful and I did ask her for a specific treatment and she did give it to me. It was an injection.

Dr. Alpert is a great doctor and all in the practice are great as well.

Excellent care and support

I was very appreciative that Dr. Alpert took me on as a patient from the hospital. I had tried to get with her six months ago and couldn't. I feel comfortable in her hands and confident that she knows what she's doing.

My appointment was for my injection. That day was the last of a series I was getting. The nurse has been fantastic. I love going to see Dr. Alpert, she listens to me, knows my health situation. Dr. Alpert has recommended Pain Management doctors to see. I know she has my best interest.

Please have more doctors like Dr. Alpert. She is the best. If every doctor was as wonderful as Dr. Alpert, it would be life changing. Thank you.

Great initial and thorough visit with Dr Alpert. Highly recommend her. Was also first visit to this hospital and was very impressed with the operation, people and environment. The only issue to raise is that it took 10 months to get the appointment.

I don't think that you really want to know. It was not a good appointment and not the type of appointment that I am used to with the physicians that I'm used to seeing at Penn Medicine. Nor was it one that the medical profession would be proud of!

I now have most of my doctors in the Hackensack Meridian network. It makes it easy to access my patient portal and know the doctors can cross-reference my treatments and medications.

Great physician

Honestly she was a bit on the rude side. She barely listen to me she over talked me at all times. She said the she basically deals with RA, Lupus patients. She also spoke to me 100 miles a hour I could hardly understand a word she was says. Zero on bed side manner for a patient that's in extreme pain with osteoarthritis.

Dr Alpert is very thorough in patient care and it's apparent she prepares well for patient office visits. Extremely knowledgeable, actively listens to concerns, stimulates patient conversations and answers questions in a thorough manner as well as being easily understood.
