I found parking a little difficult; the parking lot was quite full when I arrived for my appointment.

Basically, very short and sweet. My experience from the time I walked in to the waiting room to the time I left was a very pleasant experience. All employees, whatever their titles, were kind, informative, and I was at ease. And Dr. Armstrong is great. But I knew that from the first time I met him when I was referred to him, and I'm glad that I was referred to him. And not that I want to have issues with my heart, but I will continue to see him as long as necessary. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks.

Arrived for my 3:30 appointment 10 minutes early. Day in the waiting room until 3:54. Was brought to room #6 where I sat until 4:15 without being seen. I finally walked out as I had other obligations to attend to. I think it is incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate to require patients to make appointments and hold them to those appointment times, asking for advance notice of cancellations, and then to turn around and make patients wait 45 minutes past their appointment time.

Dr Armstrong is a very busy Dr but he listened to me with concern and answered all my questions.

I am a new patient, so I filled out all the paperwork into MyChart as requested ahead of the visit. I showed them that everything was already filled out, but they still made me fill out the exact same forms on paper in the waiting room. Why?

Dr. Armstrong is a fabulous cardiologist, a great doctor. However, the insurance companies, from what I can understand, are limiting the doctors in the time, the help that they want to give you. So it's not the doctors. I sometimes wonder, are the doctors serving us as a patient or are they working for their insurance company, and have to adhere to whatever the insurance companies have, as a patient, rather than feeling comfortable. He's a great doctor, but he's limited because of the insurance companies. Thank you.

I cannot stress enough how much I loved Dr Armstrong. He spent a ton of time with me and explained a clear course of care with me, recommended additional testing, follow-up appointment and at home care. Highly, highly recommend Dr Armstrong.

Appointments tend to be rushed with all our providers, and in particular, high copays with your facilities and not a lot of customer contact when you call Hackensack University Hospital at Mountainside. No one returns our calls. No one is conscious about anything but collecting copays at Mountainside Hospital at Hackensack University. Thank you.

The cardiologist was very cordial. He was very clear in his instructions. He did take the time to listen to me. He was encouraging. It was a very efficient visit. I got in and got out rather quickly. First and foremost, Dr. Armstrong is a very good cardiologist. He's knowledgeable. He's friendly. I feel like I'm at ease when I'm in his office, particularly because I have a heart issue, so that's kind of stressful. Secondly, all the patient staff, like the nurses that you see, you know, that do the EKG, they're great. And lastly, the front office staff is also great. I feel that they are friendly and efficient. However, it seems as if the front office staff is dealing with a lot, such as phone calls, patients in the office, and whatever else we are patients are not seeing. So I want to emphasize their friendliness, their efficient way in which they move about. It just seems that maybe there needs to be an extra pair of hands there, and this is not to say that.

Dr. Armstrong is really professional yet easy to talk to, very approachable, answers questions in an easy, understandable way, and I always enjoy coming to my appointments. Thank you.

Need a better, new , comfortable, examination table

Dr. Armstrong has always been informative and a god listener. Today was no exception. He went over my current medications, decided to eliminate one and lower another. He spent more than half an hour discussing augmentations to my stroke therapy and answered my daughter's questions as to differences in my blood pressure and heart rate. I have utmost confidence in Dr. Armstrong and chose to change prescribers of my metoprolol as a result.

I want to say that my experience with this person was very meaningful experience, he was extremely thorough, he took the time to sit with me as opposed to all of my other visits with other physicians where I feel like I'm being rushed.
