Dr. Winarsky and his nurse are wonderful. They're the best.

Dr Winarsky was very attentive to the problems that I am experiencing and offered the best options that he could...I may need some other assistance but he gave excellent insight into what I may and may not be experiencing and how I should proceed to get the help I need.

His medical assistant is rather hard to understand. She also does not seem to like having to make calls/fax requests to other HMH locations to obtain records based on things I was told from the location I was trying to obtain certain results from since they predated Epic/MyChart usage. I had to ask them to reach out to her. I hope they did and my results were sent to the doctor for comparison to my upcoming audiology test. I also find it weird that I had to fax my car accident medical notes from the ER I was at in advance to decide if he would see me. Thankfully he agreed to, but the ER never notated the ear problem since to them it was not priority as I explained to the medical assistant prior to ever sending the notes.

I'd just like to say that the doctor is an excellent ENT and he took his time, he explains everything thoroughly and he follows up. So, I thank him tremendously. Thank God that there's still good doctors around.

When I went in, I thought I had something completely different. After the doctor examined me, he pinpointed my problem directly and succinctly, and it wasn't what I expected it to be. Now, a problem that I had in the past, I can now undergo treatment in a completely different manner because of the diagnosis.

I thoroughly enjoyed all of the colorful art work on display in the waiting area. Also the doctor was very friendly and personable combined with the ability to communicate with patients.

OUTSTANDING DOCTOR

Dr. Winarsky was not able to use an instrument that measures pressure in the middle ear, because he could not get a good seal. Seems to me that an ENT should have more than a handfull of earpieces or use a jell to provide a seal. It felt like my ear was plugged up, but at the end of the appointment he had no idea why or what I should do. This appointment was a total waste of my time and money.

I appreciated the quick appointment. Other ENT's seem to have a month wait time.
