It took an hour past my appointment time for me to see the doctor.
Dr. Is excellent...office staff could use some personality tips. Nurses were great also.
My appointment was for 2:15. I arrived at 1:45. I was put in the small room. The nurse took my vitals. She left the room at 2:10 and told me the doctor would be in soon. The doctor did not come into the room until 2;55. I think that was too long a wait.
Yes. Dr. Niemiera always listens to what I have to say and he gives me different options that I can follow and he gives me time to make this decisions on my medical health and things like that. And then I call him and we get back together for another meet and he's very understandable. I do thank you for your time and Dr. Niemiera is a pleasant doctor to work with. Thank you.
The Dr. was really understanding but the receptionist needs a lot of improvement.
