My experience with Dr. Alberta was exceptional, probably the best medical experience I've had in my life, which now stretches over seven decades. Office staff were great, ease of making appointments was great, everything about Hackensack medical was great.

Doctor Alberta was smart, professional, personable, informative and patient with my questions and concerns and as a bonus had a good sense of humor.

The doctor was a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member. The staff seemed a little rushed and did not have all the correct information. Everyone was very nice and courteous.

Visit was great. Everyone from checking in, xray teuchnician, nurse inputting information in computer, and doctor Alberta was extremly professional and helpful to any questions that I had.

The doctor's office is run extremely smoothly. I felt like there was no line to wait on and that I was well taken care of when I was brought into the room and the doctor is very kind and if I ever have shoulder surgery, he will be the one that will be doing it. Thank you.

Dr. Alberta's office is very efficient. You don't sit around and wait like a lot of other doctor's offices. They're very fluid. You go to basically one station and then another set of medical people handle you and then eventually when it's time, the doctor comes right in. It's all a fluid motion. It happens in a matter of minutes, opposed to sitting in an office or waiting room for up to 40 minutes or an hour like other doctors' offices. He's very personal. He speaks to you like he's a friend and I like that and he's very good and absolutely we will be going back to him.

Dr Alberta is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He did surgery on my left shoulder 6 years ago and I did not hesitate to return to him when my right shoulder started hurting. He answered all my questions and pending the results of my ordered MRI we will discuss my options and plan of care.

Dr. Alberta was one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He was very efficient. He did the best job I could even imagine. I had a shoulder replacement. I would recommend him and have to many of my people that I work with. I'm a hairdresser, so he gets a lot of information from them. And I just want to say I would go to him again if I ever need any shoulder replacement.

Everything was great about the appointment except for the wait time. I had to wait a month to see him and I asked to be put on a wait list and I was never received a call and I didn't feel the staff was very accommodating or sympathetic to my needs.

Yes. I didn't have very much time with Dr. Alberta. My appointment was at 1030. I didn't see the doctor until almost 20 after 11. And my bus was coming at 1130. And it was a rush. And other than that, I have a follow-up appointment. I just wish it was at my appointment time due to my constraints with transportation and I let them know when I went that my bus was coming at that time. Other than that, I truly had a pleasant experience other than the waiting time and having no time with the doctor to discuss anything further.

I think I got the best care anyone could ask for. Great staff, Dr, all around just a very good experience.

I called for my appointment and it was 3 weeks out, which is normally fine however if the patient says they have 'frozen shoulder' a sooner appointment would be better as frozen shoulder is extremely painful. I liked the text message that told me exactly what entrance to use and what floor to go to. Office was easy to find. Dr. Alberta was very professional and efficient and took care of my shoulder right away.

His staff was excellent

This office is run like a business. Not personal, I was the 10 am patient. No interest in me and my concerns. The Dr. spent maybe 5 minutes with me, did a cursory exam, gave me a diagnosis and out the door.

The experience was overall very pleasant and easy. Enjoyed my experience with Dr. Alberta and the Hackensack team.

I had a great experience meeting Dr. Francis Alberta. He was very thorough, very kind, great mannerism, and the office staff was very nice, quick. Hardly any wait, very impressed.

Dr. Alberta was specifically recommended to me by the orthopedic nurses at the hospital that I work at. He was professional, listened to my concerns and discussed my treatment plan. I was happy with my visit.

Once I was brought into the office, I waited too long for him. And then he left to go to another patient, and I had to wait a very long time to get my injection.

Great doctor, good listener is a long wait to get an appointment with him, but that is unfortunately normal with good physicians

Yes, Dr. Alberta seemed very professional, very knowledgeable. He was extremely respectful of me, made direct eye contact, shook my hand on entering and upon leaving, said it was a pleasure to meet me. I was very happy with his explanation of my shoulder problem. He showed me the MRI and details of the problem. So I am going to be having surgery with him and I'm very confident that he will do a good job. And I appreciate the way he treated me.

Dr. Alberta, he saved my shoulder. He's the best. He's one of the best thing that happened to me. I suffered for almost two years and he did a revision surgery with my left shoulder. And I am so happy with the procedure that if I have to tell the world how good Dr. Alberta is, I would surely do that. He did a great job with my shoulder and I really appreciated him. I feel much better and I'm thankful that he was able to do my revision surgery. He's one of the greatest.

I checked in at the desk and within minutes I was having X-rays taken of my arm and shoulder. About 10 minutes after that, I was sitting in Dr Alberta's exam room. He was professional, courteous and concerned for my pain and it's causes. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable. I will continue to see him for as long as I have to.

Love Dr. Alberta and his staff. He's very caring, very easy to understand, explains everything very well. His staff is also very good. It is a little difficult to get an appointment promptly. I usually have to wait. This wasn't the first time, though, that I had to wait past my appointment time. Thank you.

You can only get the call center in order to speak to someone, and that is not good. The script for my PT stated my right shoulder, and it was my left shoulder.

From making my appointment to leaving the office after my visit was impeccable. The staff is very sweet, professional, and competent. Upon entering I was greeted with a hello and a big smile. The X-ray tech was professional and made sure I was comfortable with every position. The scribe greeted me upon entering the room and showed professionalism during my conversation with the doctor. Then there is Dr. Alberta. Kind, compassionate, gentle, personable. He explains in terms you can understand and always asks if you have any questions. Yeah, I just wanted to say everything went terrific from the unfortunate event occurring to having to schedule it to the surgery to everyone's help involved, nurses, doctors, everybody, surgeons, the whole nine. It was my first real experience before this. I had gone to Holy Name Hospital. It was an okay experience. It just redefined what medicine should be in my humble opinion. Whatever you're dealing with, it's probably too much and whatever they're paying you, it's not enough. The whole process was perfect. I can't say anything better. Thank you very much for all your help.

Dr Alberta is a very thorough doctor in collecting patient information that can help with a diagnosis along with imaging studies. He cares about the patient.

An almost 2 hour wait

Dr. Alberta was the fourth surgeon I spoke to regarding my three centimeter tear and he was the only one that recommended a patch graft and the only one that I would trust because of the shoulder specialist that he is.

I don't think I could have gotten better care or better results than I had with Dr. Alberta. He has a great reputation among other physicians I've talked to, and he deserves every bit of that reputation.

Upfront, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Doctor Alberta was my 2nd opinion and I knew right after I spoke with him that I wanted him to perform my surgery.

I was very impressed with the look of the office. Receptionist was friendly and had all my information . I as called in for X-ray before I even sat down and then was called into see the doctor shortly thereafter. All in all even with a treatment I was out of office in an hour

The receptionist and physician's aide didn't smile. They really appeared to be putting in time and I didn't perceive that I was welcomed by them. I suggest that the clerical staff be taught to smile and to greet patients.

The provider saw me really quick. I mean, the waiting period is more than the time that he spent talking to me about my problems. I didn't get to ask too many questions because it seems like it's really quick. The provider should spend a little bit more time to ask questions if the patient has more concerns or any questions at all. After he's seen me, he just went out and never asked me if I need anything else.
