Unfortunately, when I need Dr. Landsman, it is when I am sick and have a sinus infection. And unfortunately, talking to the front desk, there is no sense of urgency to get me in its next appointment, which is sometimes two to three weeks from when I'm suffering from a sinus infection, which then sends you to City MD, which then is a great possibility that you get the wrong medication, like I did this time, and had to go back a second time to City MD while still waiting for my Dr. Landsman appointment. So it's very, very frustrating as a patient, as a return patient, that I cannot get an appointment when I am sick and really need to see Dr. Landsman.

Dr. Landsman is one of the most gentlest, kindest person and very, he doesn't talk above us, he talks to us in our language so we understand everything. And I'd like to say that he's probably one of the most nicest and best understanding doctors I've ever met. Thank you.

My wait time was over one hour. I had a one o'clock appointment, didn't get in until after two.

I have been a patient of Dr. Landsman for quite some time and he is the only doctor that I will go to. I highly recommend him. He's professional, he's courteous, he's friendly, he's knowledgeable. I would send everybody to Dr. Landsman. He's 100% my doctor and how they all should be.

Hi, basically I think I got overcharged by the visit. I was supposed to pay 40, I paid 65, but I wanted to see the doctor so I wasn't going to argue over $25. I don't know, Hackensack Meridian has its crazy rules. In short, I will not recommend your office to anyone that has UnitedHealthcare Medicare Complete because it's a ripoff. Have a good day.

I'm typically anxious about appointments of any kind, but I tend to feel relaxed when seeing Dr. Landsman. He listens and is always straight with me. I admire that. So many doctors are condescending, but Dr. Landsman's a breath of fresh air.

This is the first time I had to wait over an hour and not being told why. One of the employees just put out a sign saying he was running an hour late. I had just previously signed in and the girl never said anything about him being an hour behind.

Dr. Landsman is a wonderful ENT Dr. He listens very attentively, and is very professional. Dr. Landsman is wonderful and so easy to talk to, he makes his patients me anyway very comfortable during my visit. His staff are all great as well. Always very nice and kind upon entering and when leaving.

EXCELLENT DOCTOR - EXCELLENT STAFF

my experience withe Dr. Landsman was excellent. But Hackensack Meridian Health does not listen.

The receptionist was very kind, considerate, and patient at Dr. Landsman's office. The doctor was a few minutes late, did apologize. He is an excellent doctor. The problem I have is with my Blue Cross and Blue Shield not approving a CAT scan that the doctor ordered. So it's going to be delayed about 10 days, which I am not happy about at all. The doctor is trying to solve my horrific headaches from sinus infections. He's given me guidance, a prescription, and it seems to be alleviating them somewhat. I would highly recommend Dr. Landsman.

He was very good. He was very thorough. Listened to what we had to say. It was a double appointment, mine and my wife's. And then we commented on remarks. So we switched what to do if we needed to do anything. So, and made appointments for us. No problems.
