Jae Hyun Shim, M.D. is a primary care physician experienced in treating acute and chronic conditions across all ages. Philosophy of Care
As a family medicine physician, it is my philosophy to create a meaningful rapport with my patients. Often, primary care providers are the first line of contact for patients. I understand the importance of this role, and I’m committed to providing up-to-date medicine and compassionate care for all generations. I aim to work together with individuals and their families in order to provide them with health education. My goal is to be a reliable, friendly source of wellness information to all my patients and within my community.
