outstanding clinical/medical standards provided via well organize team process

Overall, it was a very good experience. I like Dr. Castelo and, you know, the whole staff, very nice, very clean office. Everything was great. The only thing that I have to complain about, there's a horrible parking situation when you're trying to get there. I drove over an hour and a half because they took my insurance and the parking lot is just an absolute mess. There was a flood. It's obviously right across from the Hudson River. Half of the cars are flooded underwater. There's not adequate parking. There's not enough parking. And I wasn't the only patient that shared these sediments. There was a lot of people that were struggling to find parking. There's literally like, the parking is a huge problem. The offices ran great. It's a nice building. Everything's fine, good care. But you really have to do something about the parking situation down there.

I was very pleased with the staff as well as Jessica. She answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns.

She understood my problem and worked with me.

Doctor was excellent, put me at ease, very knowledgeable, easy to understand. I felt very comfortable. Would easily use again and recommend to friends.

Jessica was very easy to talk to and examined my surgery area and was happy the way it was healing.

Jessica suggested and prescribed PT to strengthen my back and reduce discomfort. Unfortunately her department doesn't address legs or knees.

Being able to obtain copies of your images before exiting appointment would be ideal instead of being referred to main campus Hackensack, the medical records department in order to get a copy of your images.
