I believe that the 2nd person in the room was possible a observing med student. She was introduced to me but I was not asked whether I was okay with having another person attending my medical check up. It was just assumed that she was part of the meeting. I would prefer being asked if I would mind having a med student present. She in no way made me feel uncomfortable and she only watched and did not participate in any way.

Provider is hypervigilant. Did not appear to trust my experience with my own health, certain issues. Some confusion over Rx refill, I do not recall part of the discussion he said we had. Over all he seemed prepared to work with my health issues. I was told he was funny. Nope.

Dr Heaton is approachable, kind, knowledgeable and caring.

My provider has been excellent thanks for doing a great job

Excellent visit and they answered all of my questions about that I had.
