Dr. Herrel is a wonderful physician. I am pleased to have him as my doctor.

It was a comfortable atmosphere and the provider allowed me time to discuss any care and concerns. He took the time and that made me feel that he was concerned with my well being. A good experience and would recommend to others looking for a primary provider.

Dr. Herrel and staff are great. From the time you walk in, the receptionist to medical assistant, to PA in training to the doc are always courteous, pleasant, helpful and respectful. My family moved out of the area but continue to come to the practice because of how well they maintain their practice!

Very pleasant office. Above all my expectations .

After the staff took my weight, BP, pulse ox readings and ran through my entire history, I was then seen by the doctor who chatted with me briefly, listened to me breath and listened to my heart. He then ordered bloodwork and that was it. My former primary used to run an EKG, looked in my ears, eyes, mouth, checked my thyroid (because I have a known diagnosis of Hashimoto's) and would then palpatate my abdomen. I received a more thorough exam at my gynecologist than I did here.

Dr brought up about using colorguard and I said I was NOT interested in it. A colonostophy would be fine. Almost immediately after I left the office I get emails from colorguard. Then another one saying the kit is out for delivery!!! I said I did NOT want colorguard!! We even agreed in the office that the colonostophy is much better and I was provided a name of someone who does them I do NOT understand why I was signed up for Colorguard!!

Doctor was kind, asked questions, explained everything in easy to understand layman terms. His bedside manner was excellent.

I think they did a really good job, you know, trying to collect all the information and get everything ready before the visit. And you know, there wasn't much back and forth conversationally, but more tests had to be done, whatever. And I think they listened and did the best they could under an odd circumstance or given other factors. And I think, you know, they did a good job.

The doctor is really great, good doctor, very careful, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I love the nurse she always so nice and understanding of my feelings. She says hi even when she's not the one taking care of me. I usually love going there. But this one time the waiting was so long by the time I saw the doctor I didn't know what to say. I was recovering from pneumonia and it was hart to sit there and wait. I waited about 30 minutes just inside the room. I waited over 30 minutes inside after the nurse did her routine. Thank you

I was searching for a new Dr. I mistakenly dialed a wrong number, was told he was taking new patients !!!!!! I took a chance . Best wrong number EVER. He is everything I wanted in a Dr....kind, compassionate, super personality, he takes his time, talks, pays attention to what I'm saying....love him!!!!!!!!

I do not like the fact that if I just mention one thing to the doctor, it goes on my chart and then every other doctor that I see, they see the same thing. So no, I'm not happy with that.

LOVED it here! This was our first experience meeting the doctor and staff. Everyone we came in contact with were amazing, kind and it felt like we had known them for years. I feel so comfortable here and I am so relieved to have a new primary care physician that is honest and "real!"

Justin Herrel is a great doctor. I liked him so much from the first time I saw him. He's now our primary family care for myself and my wife. My only complaint is that it takes two months to get in to see him when I need to make an appointment or I have to pay the copay to go see him at the urgent care if and when he's working. Otherwise, he's a fantastic, fantastic practitioner.

This was my first visit there but I will say I was impressed by the professionalism of the entire team. I felt welcomed. The office was clean and spacious which I like. I love that you have an in house phlebotomist. That's very helpful. It was a great experience.

Dr. Herrel is a wonderful physician. He is kind, listens to your questions/concerns and gives thoughtful answers. He is up to date on the latest developments as far as emerging drugs and treatments. I would not hesitate to recommend him and feel grateful to have him as my PCP.

I have been to many Drs and been so disappointed l am happy to finally find Dr Herrel. He makes me feel comfortable and listens. As far as the office...I do wish the phone system was easier and directly to the office. I also was EXTREMELY unhappy to see Hackensack has brought back the mask mandate. Have we learned nothing, if anything my right to decide. It was during well visits and no reason at all for masks. I feel bad for your staff. This definitely makes me think twice about staying. I love Dr Herrel but unhappy with Hackensack Meridian
