My visit was fine

BAD front desk. I was fasting for my 12pm appointment so that my blood work could be done. I spoke to the front desk a day before and explained that I will be fasting for my visit but they didn't bother to tell me that the location doesn't offer bloodwork any more. The provider told me that I was the 4th person experiencing this. The front desk has a don't care attitude. I am seriously considering changing my primary because of them.

i waited so long. my appointment was at 11, i saw the doctor after 12

It will be helpful if they give the annual physical appointments a little bit earlier than the closing time , so the patient and doctor need not rush.

Dr. Nigam is the best doctor I've ever had. She was very attentive to my needs and understood everything I was trying to say to her.
