You have new offices, which are larger. But the organization of the examine room is completely wrong! It detracts from the patient/doctor experience. While in the medical chair I had to strain to see my doctor who had to be at the computer. This needs to be changed. It reduced the sense of togetherness and care significantly. You should move the chair or move the computer setup immediately!

The location of the office had changed since my last visit. This should have been communicated in advance. The biggest issue at that visit was having to wait over an hour to be seen.

It was my 1st teleheath experienceand it was

I waited 2 HOURS + on hold for this telemedicine call! The call was scheduled for 5:15; I received a text @ 5:00 to click on a link to put me into the call queue. The doctor spoke to me starting at 7:25! Ridiculous! This system needs much improvement!!! There has to be a better way. Just as the doctor's time is valuable, so is the patient's!

I can not understand why the medical assistants never introduce themselves. Every time there is a different one and they just say follow me into the back and start asking questions. It is so rude and horrible service. This occurs all of the time at every HMH doctors' office I go to -the doctors are great but the rest of the staff are not at the same level of performance.
