From the moment you are greeted by the receptionist to the time your taken to room then to see Dr, Shah it is always a great experience! The entir staff and Doctors are so Knowledgeable and kind! Thank you all!

Dr. Shah and the staff of Madison medical are the Best. I drive over an hour to continue to go there.

Dr. Shah is an absolute gem of a primary care physician. She is by far the best PCP I've ever had. She listens very carefully. She responds clearly. She has great suggestions. She's thorough and she really, really cares. She really seems to care about her patients. She's one of the best doctors in the world, I'm sure. The office staff, on the other hand, they're a bit short. They don't seem like they care so much. I've heard this from other people who go to Franklin Medical as well. So just something to take note of. They could definitely take a couple of lessons from Dr. Shah in listening and maybe responding clearly.

I was referenced to Dr. Shah by three other people. And I even spoke with someone in the waiting room waiting to see Dr. Shah before me. She was highly recommended and I understand why. She was very empathetic, understanding. She posed questions, trying to get to know me. And I was looking for a new primary and I found her. She seems to be the ideal doctor who will care for my health and my benefits.

This appointment was a new patient appointment and there was not enough time for the intake and all the information that this provider needed to learn from me and my history. So therefore, it was inaccurate for me to take this questionnaire. I did not have sufficient information to provide to you for feedback. I was told by my provider that she only had a limited amount of time with each patient and therefore, I would have to come back to finish the new patient intake.
