I completed all of my forms online, yet I was asked to fill out paper forms when I arrived. I filled out everything properly and yet not everything was entered into the electronic chart and some information was entered incorrectly It would be great if the tests he prescribed could be handled and scheduled in the electronic My Chart. I am waiting for a phone call to schedule my exams. I was told to wait at least 10 working days and if I wasn't contacted I should call. It should be available on the portal to schedule.

There is a major parking issue at the building with lack of space. I drove around for twenty minutes then had to leave and park in a shopping center and walk back to building. This is not right. Someone has to fix this problem. If I didn't allow myself extra time I would of been really late for appointment

This is my second visit, both visit I had to wait a long time for the doctor to come in after the nurse or assistant checked me in and took my blood pressure. I even explained to the nurse that I was in a hurry now since I waited so long. She was nice and understanding did my EKG quickly. I waited about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. It's unacceptable to wait that long. My appointment was at 1:15, I showed up at 1:06, wasn't brought into the exam room till about 1:30, EKG was done by 1:45, doctor didn't come in till 2:15.
