Dr. Meghan Horn is a pediatric gastroenterologist at K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. She is board-certified in pediatrics. After receiving a B.S. in psychology with a concentration in neuroscience at Boston College, she pursued a masters in science in physiology, focusing on integrative medicine at Georgetown University Medical School. She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University. She completed her pediatric internship and residency training at Medstar Georgetown University Medical Center and attended NYP Weill Cornell Medicine to complete fellowship training in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. While Dr. Horn cares for a variety of patients with various gastrointestinal disorders, her clinical expertise focuses on eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders.

I have a passion for taking care of children with complex gastrointestinal issues and restoring their gut health and ultimately their quality of life. I have always understood that it takes a holistic approach to care, which involves an understanding of physical, mental, and social needs, so that I can provide the best care for my patients. I prioritize understanding my patient’s needs to create a warm and supportive environment for my patients and families with the ultimate goal of restoring health and happiness.
