The Doctor was very thorough and a definite consummate professional in everything from the initial meet to the plan for the future. Dr. Sterling is outstanding !!

My physician, Lauren, I believe her name was, my blood pressure was high and she was very concerned about it. She put me on a low dosage medication, but she was very compassionate and you guys are very lucky to have her.

I was happy and relieved , Lauren was excellent and took time to listen and address my needs and concerns , I am happy and pleased to have her as my new nurse practitoner, look fowerd to more visits in the near future . thank you .

I told her the day before I had a sore throat and swollen glands. She never looked in my throat. She never looked in my ears. She never checked my glands. She did listen to my chest and I knew my problem with my chest. I really needed her to do the other stuff and I forgot.

I was sick and I tried to make an appointment the day before. I got the answering service. They told me there were no appointments, but I could just walk in. When I walked in, they said, that's absolutely not true and I should never have been told that. So that was an inconvenience.
