Dr. Campbell is everything you want in a Primary Doctor. I know she would take good care of me.

I feel like the doctor was extremely intuitive, very attentive, very knowledgeable, very, very kind, and she was very patient with all the questions that I had. She explained things so I can understand them, and she made me feel very comfortable for the first time that I've gotten to see her. I have recommended her. Now she is my husband's primary doctor, and she will soon be my son's primary doctor. We are happy we found her. Becomes highly recommended.

Dr. Campbell is the best! She's cordial, empathetic, professional, and as my PCP, she truly cares about my well being. Dr. Campbell really listens to what I say to her, asks the right questions and provides the answers I need.

Yes, Ms. Campbell, she was very nice to intelligent. She understood what it is that my medical problems were. She helped us. She was going to call and get a referral from other doctors and she prescribed medications for us that we definitely needed. And she provided us with another appointment and she was very quick, efficient, and polite. Thank you.

To tell you the truth, I usually prefer male doctors. That's my own preference, but she's a female and she's very good. She's very thorough. She's very easy to communicate with and she seems to really be interested in what you're going through or your needs. So I appreciated that. I enjoyed having her assist me.

Yes, good evening. I'm sorry I never get to answer you back immediately because of the nature of my job. But my doctor was very patient and I got multiple callbacks, which was very important to me because sometimes, yeah, you call a number back and you get an extension and you don't know which doctor called you. Because I have a doctor in the same building, of the whole building, and sometimes I interlock the numbers. But which was more importantly, she asked me everything I needed to know, plus additional more questions that I'm not a physician, but she knew it was pertaining to my health to ask those questions. And I believe it helped for her to describe the medication I need. I think the doctors I have are perfect. Thank you and everybody have a good day.

The entire staff in Hope Towers has always been exceptional. Everyone is friendly. Everyone's nice, fast, efficient, very happy with it.

As a patient with chronic illness and a young adult and I've had many surgeries, Dr. Campbell went through all of my medical history with me and provided feedback and her recommendations to help me become healthier, which I really appreciated. She spent a great amount of time with me and was very, very kind. I will be with her until she retires.

Hello, my provider doctor was very informative and nice and she also is female. Being a male, I felt comfortable being in there. So the gender roles didn't matter and nothing but a pleasant experience.

Dr and check in staff were wonderful. As always valet was a disaster. Never received text confirmation and the delay/wait to retrieve car was chaotic. There was no thru lane so all 3 lanes had drop offs & pick ups in each lane with patients trying to cross into building

After moving to this area, I came to see this doctor as a new patient. She had a lot of positive feedback. I had to wait 6 months and then I was cancelled. After calling the office and telling them how long I waited, they rescheduled me within a week. When I finally did get in, I was happy with my visit. She is personable and made me feel comfortable. I felt she didn't just listen to me but she also Heard me and all my concerns. She asked questions and gave what I felt were qualifying responses. I never felt rushed. She also helped me with referrals for other primary practitioners that I needed to replace because of my move. I would say it was worth the wait to see Doctor Campbell. I know she has other patients but when I'm in the exam room with any doctor, I want to feel that I have their full attention and is sensitive to my needs. If this visit is any indication of the type of care I can expect, then I feel we can build an enduring and healthy doctor/patient relationship.
