compassionate and caring

I don't feel this provider had any of my information available to them because they were unsure of when I had my last visits with them, what my diagnosis were, and she seemed to rush through the telecall like she was pressed for time. I waited 15 minutes for her to get on the phone, and it was almost like she was rushing me off the phone. She also stated that I couldn't have the exam I wanted at the hospital of my choice, and I still haven't gotten a call from their office stating when I could have this exam done, i.e. to schedule an appointment with me. I'm very disappointed with the treatment I received and very surprised because this used to be a very good provider. I'm disappointed.
