Priti S. Patel, MD

Priti Patel, M.D. is a board-certified radiation oncologist specializing in CyberKnife radiosurgery. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at Stich Radiation Center/Arnold Center for Radiation Oncology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell and New York Hospital - Queens, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Patel has extensive experience in various radiation oncology therapies, including stereotactic radiosurgery, IMRT, IGRT, and brachytherapy. Her particular clinical interest lies in utilizing CyberKnife, a painless, non-invasive robotic radiosurgery system, to deliver highly targeted radiation for tumor and lesion destruction. Dr. Patel has presented research on breast, gynecological, central nervous system, prostate, and lung malignancies at national scientific meetings and has authored several journal articles and book chapters. She is a member of ASTRO, ACRO, and The NY Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group.
