Hello, I liked the doctor very much, Dr. Passi, but I had a very hard time understanding him. That's the only problem. I really couldn't understand him too well. I had to have, there was a nurse or somebody in the room when he told me the directions and I had to ask her what he said. I really didn't understand him that well. I waited two hours to see the physician. This is totally unacceptable; Because the appointment was at 1:45 I expected to be out in 1 hour. The physician entered the exam room at 3:40 and haven not eaten and waited almost two hours I was at the point of fainting. This needs to be improved

Apart from the male office manager, he was behaving as an office manager. He was very rude and not personable at all. He needs definite classes on sensitivity. Apart from that, the rest of the staff was great. That includes Dr. Passi. He was very savvy and understanding and empathetic with his patients. But certainly I think that office manager needs a class or two of sensitivity and how to work with customers. That's it.

Dr. Passi is an excellent doctor. He needs to do better or the manager needs to do better at hiring people because they are making his office worse. They can't get my prescriptions out on time and I'm constantly calling.

Had to wait over 2 hours because they had an implant dr checking pacemaker

Dr. Passi is a great doctor, however the office staff I find disorganized and all over the place.a couple of weeks ago, I called the office numerous times to have my prescription for an exam signed by the doctor and faxed to another facility. It took four tries before it was done for me. They kept telling me it was done and the facility told me it was not. This is confirming both faxes. The phones are not answered in a professional matter and you can always hear talking and laughing in the background. The staff needs to act more professional and answer the phone as such. Thank you for your time.

Hi, I just want to say that the provider is very knowledgeable. He's very helpful. He'll go through everything with you and explain if you don't understand something. And I really do like the provider. He knows what he's talking about. The only thing I'm a little unhappy about is the staff at times. They tend not to get back to you when you phone the office or It's hard for you to get a hold of them sometimes. Other than that, everything else is okay.

I left the doctor's office Confused because I was told my Heart is fine, mind you when they checked my blood pressure it was high and my left leg and foot was swollen and I had a headache... Yes, this is great news! However, that was all I was told and the Issue with this is the Statement is not True! There are some problems with my Heart but not enough where I need Pace Maker or a Stent... Otherwise why am I taking all this medication???

Despite my wait time being a little bit longer, I know Dr. Passi is a superlative physician.
