My experience was excellent. I have no complaints, no comments. It was a very, very good experience. An excellent experience.

Two comments. Number one, I had made the appointment with Dr. Munver and while he eventually came into the waiting room, I was seen by another urologist. It might be best when the appointment is made to indicate that there will be two different urologists that would be seeing me. Number two, as it was suggested I take an MRI and I did make a request for sedation and while it was on the script, my understanding now is Hackensack is unable to provide sedated MRI unless other circumstances exist. So I just thought there might be a little more clarity on that. That's it.

Yes, Dr. Munver was, his expertise was excellent. His mannerism and mild personality made me very comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with him. Only thing I would say that I waited more than an hour in the room after my vitals were taken for Dr. Munver to come in. And he came to the door and he said, okay, a few more minutes, but then I waited for more than an hour. So if at all, anything you need to improve is to cut down patients' waiting time. Thank you.

Waiting time excessive

Fantastic doctor who is overloaded with work.

Other than wait, everything else was satisfying.

He is an extremely caring doctor and as a new patient he spent the time needed to get to know me and address my concerns. His fellow also met with me and showed me my kidney stones on the CT scan film. This gave me a better understanding of my condition and what I might expect in the future should these move.

Ravi is a very awesome communicator. He is very personable and that's not like a healthcare provider. He's very informative and he's very transparent.

Dr Munver spent lots of time with me discussing "next steps". He instilled me with confidence that we are balancing the different options prudently and that he will work to ensure that I get the best medical treatment available.

I was called into the examination room 5 or 10 minutes after I checked in. But after the medical assistant took my blood pressure and I provided a urine sample, I then had to wait about 30 minutes for Dr. Munver. Once he showed up, he was excellent.

Dr. Munver and his staff have always treated me and my wife extremely well - professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and with compassion.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding. However, he's so busy that he cannot give all the time that the patients need. Many times patients are confused and they feel that doctors should give more time to explain them in common man's terms what their situations are. That will help the patient to follow the instructions and understand the reasons why what changes or medications are used. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Dr. Munver. I was there for a consult regarding prostate cancer. He was attentive, explained the various options and answered all my questions. He also mapped out a going forward strategy that made a great deal of sense.

Dr. Munver is in off-tending position. He listens carefully. He's very skilled.

I would like make a recommendation for the office nursing staff to always verify that the instruments that the doctor needs to perform his/her examinations are in good working order prior to the beginning of the procedure. Because nursing staff's lacking of job diligence and not taking the responsibility seriously, it caused both the doctor and me wasting at least 30 minutes of our precious time.

waited two ours and no one examined me. Just read history i provided. Never went to a urologist who did not do a physical exam or ultrasound.

we did have some questions that we wanted to talk about and after waiting 45 minutes the dr wasn't able to speak to us.

My chart said that the aid, the physician's aid weighed me. She did not weigh me, and my weight on my chart was inaccurate.

Dr Munver is an exemplary physician. He saw me in the emergency room for a very painful kidney stone, and he very promptly took care of it in the operating room. He then spoke to me by phone after I went home regarding some concerns I had and answered every question clearly and authoritatively. I then came to his office to have my stent removed. He saw me promptly and removed it with a minimum of discomfort in a very expert fashion. This physician is incredibly skilled, bright, ethical and compassionate. He is an asset to Hackensack and a great resource to his patients.

After an hour past my scheduled appointment time, I was seen by an intern/student(?) and not by the provider I expected to see.

I had a ureter stent placed and I had to keep it in for an extra week because of the providers lack of availability to remove the stent. This was upsetting as the stent was very uncomfortable

Dr. Munver is the consummate professional. Period. He definitely treats me with respect and always listens and knows what to do. Period. He saved my life. I will ever, ever, ever be indebted to him. Forever. He's the best. That's it.
