I've gone to Dr Sen for several years through ruptured discs and now sciatica and a shoulder problem. He recalls my history, and he LISTENS. Gives you the time and attention you seek for your problem. Wonderful. Both he and his office make you feel cared for.

I have been to Dr. Sen on multiple occasions and there's a sign in the waiting room that goes on and on in the last words that we are a team. I have always found his staff courteous, receptive, welcoming, kind, and watching them with other patients they are so caring. Dr. Sen himself falls into all the above. He listens carefully, he's concerned not just to me, watching him with other patients. It's the same thing and I gather the same feeling that I have that they have. I will return to him and I've recommended him and I'm very pleased that he is on your staff and I think you should be very happy that he and his team are on your staff.

The office personal were very disorganized that day. No one at desk when I arrived and went to side office after 15 minutes to announce my arrival. Someone must have been late but everything was handled very poorly

Dr Sen is a knowledgeable and personable doctor. I feel very comfortable taking with him. He celebrated my no-pain victory after many months of pain and therapy. He was very empathetic to my situation always.

Yes, I've enjoyed going to Hackensack Hospital for Dr. Sen. I find that the valet parking is fantastic. They work very hard to get the patients in and out. There can be trouble, but it's not their doing. It's that there's not enough valet parkers, but that's very good. The doctor's office, the staff is extremely pleasant. The doctor is wonderful. I've recommended him many times. I would say at least five to seven times to people to go see him for pain management. He's a very caring man. He gives a lot of time with his patients. He listens, and he explains very well what's going on. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences when I go to Hackensack for this particular doctor.

Dr Sen is always great but the office staff and staff manager were the worst . The woman checking me in was extremely rude. I told her I had met my deductible for the year and she had a very demeaning attitude toward me and then when I got upset the office manager came out and threatened to call security !!
