HUMC and your providers are top notch. I've been associated with HUMC since 1989. I had about five surgeries at HUMC and I cannot say enough good things about your hospital.
Warm, friendly and professional. That's the type of MD's you should be recruiting.
Dr. Glotzer is excellent and listened to my cardiac concerns
Excellent support and response to my issues and questions by the whole team!
I would just suggest more help is needed, had to wait a half hour after my appt time then met with the BOSTON SCIENTIFIC person, then had to wait at least another half hour for the doctor. I don't know if the issue is scheduling too many appointments for the same time or having more staff to cope with the amount of patients.
