I had an emergency visit and I was able to be seen as soon as I called the same day of. Both the call team, receptionists, and nurse practitioner was amazing. There was very good communication and I was told what to do to prevent this problem from coming again. And it was very clear that both the reception team and the nurse practitioner was very educated and very respectful.

We really appreciated being able to get an appointment that same day, soon after I called, and the appointment went well. However, the provider did not call us back with the lab results as promised the following day.

Very thorough and really listened to everything I had to say.

I was just disappointed that I had to wait an hour to be seen.

I was extremely pleased with Tatsiana's demeanor and respect and how much time she took with me, considering I have a few test results that were concerning. She really took the time to explain things to me, and I really appreciated all her follow-up she did.

I love this place there so helpful and there really understanding when I ask my questions I need help with. I'm very thankful.

That was first visit with Dr. Tatiana and I was very happy. She's very professional. She talked with me about my problems and explained everything. Great doctor. I would recommend her to everyone who needs a visit.

Tatsiana Barr was really, really attentive. She spent sufficient time and made sure to answer all of my questions and my concerns. I was really pleased with the experience I had with her directly. I was really disappointed in the service level provided in the waiting area with the reception staff. I ended up waiting 57 minutes after my scheduled appointment, so an entire, almost an hour after the time that I was scheduled. I saw five patients that came in after me that were seen before me. And the reception staff did absolutely nothing, provided no feedback, provided no information as to why there was such a delay. I had to go to the front desk to ask if I would be next or if I would be seen. When was I going to be seen? Because no one said anything. And they just said, oh, you know, the doctor is busy.

Tatsiana Barr was excellent. She was kind and welcoming, made me feel at ease, and was an expert at the procedure. Separately, and unrelated, the building facility at 277 Forest Ave in Paramus, NJ does need updating.

She listened to my story relating to why I was there. I also learned some very new info that I told her about and she wrote it down to check it out. She asked the right questions to help get clarity on my situation.

The medical care is excellent but does not completely make up for the constant, extended wait time I have to put up with for every single visit. There were 5 other women waiting for appointments and we were all aggravated and all considered walking out. This visit I waited 40 minutes but have waited longer than an hour in the past. The schedulers need to be retrained or replaced.

Dr. Barr listened, was patient, and understands, and provided answers to my questions. And she also asked me additional questions, which I provided the answers. She was very patient and understanding.

Other then waiting half an hour past my scheduled time nurse practitioner Barr was very nice and personable .

She was a wonderful, knowledgeable APN that I respect and now feel such a comfort knowing that she's there.

My provider was exceptional. She seemed to have insight already before I went there. I think that's part of reviewing the records and caring and then explains what's going on and what could possibly be going on and how to work through it and was very attentive and amazing. So I'm very happy.

Professional informed provider with much knowledge of many areas and was a pleasure to deal with, period. Thank you.

I thought the nurse practitioner was amazing. Tatsiana was amazing. The office, however, the help in the office did not inform me of anything and I waited over an hour before I was seen. So that was disappointing. Thank you.

I found the provider, she was a nurse practitioner, excellent, much better than most of the doctors I've seen in my lifetime, and very sweet. She communicated very well, and I would definitely go back to her and definitely recommend her.

Nurse practitioner, Barr, was extremely informative, patient and knew her medical history. She was professional and do very helpful. She even helped me find the prescription I needed at a lower cost. When I called the next day she promptly called back, with the information I needed. I would recommend her to anyone! I was quite pleased.please share this with her.
