The Dr. Was very caring and remembered me and asked about my daughter. I felt very comfortable with this Dr.

I never saw this provider. I had an appointment, but was only seen by two residents. The residents spent over an hour with me, listening to my concerns. They were engaging and knowledgeable, and initially gained my trust, but I do not feel my concerns were addressed. After spending over an hour with me, the residents left the room and had a private conversation with Dr. Liu. They returned to the room and prescribed medication. After verifying with me the correct pharmacy, the medication was e-scribed to the wrong pharmacy where my insurance does not cover. I picked up the prescription anyway. After reading the medications indications, I will not be taking this medication, because the prescription is not formulated to address the problem that I presented with. I truly believe this medication will cause serious problems for me, because it indications do not match my complaints. I recognize HMH is a teaching organization, but it would have been appreciated for Dr. Liu to show his/her face.
