Dr Zorba and the support staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I have a tendency toward Anxiety and the staff always take the time to reassure and explain everything. If I ask a question they dont know the answer to, they find out.

I had some concerns about a pain in my chest and I just felt that I needed more information about that.

Hi, I wanted to express that when we asked for prescriptions, the prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and all that, but there wasn't a detail of this medicine is for this, this other medicine is for this. Of his regular prescriptions, I know, but it was the other ones that, one for the skin and one for the cough, that I didn't know or weren't explained as much as I would have preferred.

I was waiting in the room more than 40 min just to take my blood test, which there was nobody at the clinic.My paperwork wasn't properly filled out. The doctor basically didn't explain anything because she doesn't care.
