Dr. Seidenstein has been my knee doctor for over 5 years. He has always explained what was the problem and what will help with my condition. He has helped me over the years with guidance and positive attitude. Kudos to having a great surgeon that helps patients with knowledge and has them involved with their recovery.

Staff are very polite and efficient.

The provider needs to work on his communication skills, especially with older adults/dementia patients. He was very arrogant. No empathy. He needs to be patient, listen, and respond to the patient / caregiver in a respectful manner.

The office runs efficiently. The doctor got me out of pain. Everyone was very nice.
