She was great but there was a problem with epic and the prescription I needed was sent but never received by my pharmacy. But dr Lee intervened and fixed the issue.

Dr. Lee was caring, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to my concerns. I felt that I was in excellent hands with her.

It took me three phone calls over three weeks to get my initial appointment. I left a message on a voicemail and then a week later I left a message with your medical answering service and then a week after that I left a message with the answering service. And finally that third call was returned. But it was very frustrating not to get any response back over a three week period after calling three times.

Your phone system is the WORST EVER! When I called to initially make the appointment & then on the day of same (I was trying to find out EXACTLY where the building was situated), I had to leave my data with the "service" so someone could call me back. To make my 1st appointment, this was done in a somewhat prompt fashion but as for my 2nd call, I got a vm message when I got home that simply gave me the physical address of the building (which I, of course, already knew having just left the site) so this 2nd call was virtually useless. Also, there are way too many "reminder" calls which always cut-off before leaving a complete message & therefore don't allow for the prospective patient to reply "Yes" or "No" to the scheduled appointment - someone should look into your magical phone messaging system immediately as it's quite frustrating!
