Harlan Levine, M.D., is a fellowship trained, board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacement surgery. He has been in practice in Bergen County, NJ since 2004.

Dr. Levine believes that there is no more rewarding profession than orthopedic surgery and makes it a priority to provide high quality, individualized care to each patient. As a former orthopedic patient himself, he sympathizes with those who are experiencing discomfort and dysfunction. His goal is to use the latest surgical techniques to provide pain relief, to restore function and to improve quality of life.

Dr. Levine is very involved in the constant advancement of surgical techniques and was a developer of the Zimmer ROSA Surgical Robot. He also actively trains surgeons around the world in robotic surgery.
He is a reviewer for the Journal of Arthroplasty, Arthroplasty Today, and the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and has served on the Knee Committee for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Yes, I just would have liked to see Dr. Levine a little sooner than three months after the surgery. And the night he popped in after my surgery, he stayed close to the doorway of the room. He talked to me for maybe one minute and wasn't very present for me. So that was disappointing. Otherwise, I think he's an excellent surgeon. And the scar came out beautifully. And my knee recovered. pretty quickly.

All went well. Everything explained clearly

Feel confident w Dr Levine after two knee replacements and a hip. Scheduled for another hip replacement.
