Jeff Pritsky gave me a plan to follow to deal with my issues. He recommended two different types of physicians I should see and provided me with cards of those doctors. I felt completely satisfied with the level of knowledge and care I was given.

Everyone was kind and professional especially the nurse that took care of the removal of bandage, cleaning and applying sterile strip on my knee, she was kind, professional and explained what to do and what not to do, she is the best, unfortunately I don't remember her name.

I had Jeff Paisley. He was absolutely wonderful. He asked all the right questions. He listened very carefully and attentively. And he gave very crystal clear answers. You couldn't have any better person in what he's doing. I was so pleased. My husband was with me. We were both just really impressed because he was thorough. He was kind. He was nice. And it was just a totally good experience. Amen.

My need to consult with the physician was addressed immediately on the phone and next morning by an office visit.

He was very helpful, gave me some additional information to help increase my range of motion, and set up a follow-up visit sooner than later because he wants to just double-check my progress to make sure everything is good. So I appreciate the top-notch care that I received from him.

Only thing I wish is if this provider was able to get me a faster MRI appointment within the next 2-3 business days after seeing him. Unfortunately, I have to wait about a week to get an MRI. 3 locations were completely booked. I guess that's out of his control. He's fantastic though.
