Dr. Chandni Bheeman , was very warm this is the first Endocrinologist I have been to that I felt comfortable with I didn't feel like a number. The office staff was very friendly and kind , the office was very clean and orderly . I so happy I found Dr. Bheeman I can tell she listens to her patients, my treatment plan was updated with blood work and the appropriate scans needed and she wants to look at the US report makes me feel confident she has my best interest at heart, I am very happy with her. I saw this provider because I needed to get my prescription refilled but couldn't because the provider I normally see is no longer with the practice. It would have been nice if her patients were notified that she was gone. By not notifying patients I feel like you do not care about us. I should not have to scramble to get an appointment with any doctor in the practice just so I can refill a prescription I have to take every day. I was not happy going into the appointment but feel that Dr Bheeman was very understanding of how I felt and I will continue seeing her.

Everything was done very well, very professionally. The doctor explained everything excellently, and I was very satisfied with the visit.

The doctor was pleasant and took the time to explain my thyroid issue and her recommendations. I had to ask for follow up blood test (which seemed very important since she told me that my PCP had not done the correct test and also to see if my meds are working) and for her to examine my thyroid. She also told me that it's up to me if I want to continue to take medication or not. I would prefer to get her expert recommendation.

I've worked for Hackensack Meridian in the past so I know about how everything "operates" The office staff at this location were some of the most polite I have ever met!

Dr. Bheeman is a very kind and caring physician. She carefully explains all aspects of my treatment and changes in my medications. She takes her time to be sure I understand everything we discuss regarding my treatment. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who has diabetes.
