Dr. Ong is a wonderful doctor. She's so knowledgeable, so warm and friendly. I feel very comfortable with her discussing anything. She's a pleasure.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Ong! Because of her diligence and advice, I found that I have Stage 1 prostate cancer. She advised me that I should see a urologist because my PSA was high ( bloodwork results that she had ordered). Thank God I heeded her advice! I will be forever grateful to her.

Very good bedside manner did not rush you

Hi. I've never had an issue with a late appointment before, but I was actually about 15 or 20 minutes early for my appointment, and I was waiting in the waiting area for quite some time, actually 50 minutes. And I felt bad, but I got up and asked the front desk, hey, like, do you know when I'll be up next? And the receptionist had failed to check me in, and nobody had checked up on me. So this has never happened before. The girls are always really great and friendly, but obviously it was a huge inconvenience for me as I already live an hour away, and the trip to the doctor's office ended up taking me about four hours total. So that's one hour driving, one hour in the waiting room, one hour with the doctor, and about an hour home. So, I don't know if there's anything they could do to help alleviate a situation like that. Thank you.

My experience with Dr. Ong was amazing. I had only just met her. I had been to that office before but was working with another provider for many years. This is the first time I've had Dr. Ong. She was absolutely amazing. I felt seen, heard, cared for. I felt understood. She saw me right away. She was so down to earth and so brilliantly smart. Knew my entire history. She was very prepared. At the end of the visit, she walked me out to the window. We scheduled another visit. Then she passed me off to the next person. That person, she ordered blood work for me. Instead of waiting to do my blood work another day, she goes, oh, we could do your blood work right now. Walked me to the next place over, got my blood work. It was absolutely an amazing experience. I've been going to Jersey Shore for many years, different providers. Hands down, best provider. Really, really great experience. Thank you.
