The office staff was inefficient, very rude, and ignored several requests. They also had difficulty in obtaining any type of referral.

I waited because I was very early for my appointment.

The nurse who helped me was wonderful. She answered some questions I had that weren't even related to me specifically, but was very kind about giving me useful information. The doctor, however, I had to state my complaint multiple times before he listened to me and, you know, made a decision to do something different to help the problem I was describing.
