Staff were very helpful and courteous

Everyone was really nice. The doctor himself was really nice. And he took his time to talk to me, which he talked to me about 45 minutes, which is something else. You know, you don't have a doctor. 15 minutes tops, you know. And he was really down to earth, which I liked about him. He helped me really well, you know. And the receptionist, the girl out on the desk, she was really nice. She gave me some water and everything because I told her I was starving because I had fasted coming there for some reason, thinking I was going to get the procedures done that day. But I wasn't. Anyway, thank you. Thank you for having doctors like that.

Dr Grabowy and his Assistant were excellent. First visit (intake) with the doctor and was very impressed. Spent a generous amount of time getting to know the patient and issues and gave referrals and assistance to help navigate further follow-ups. Thorough and showed interest and empathy. Since this was first visit, full medical history and prior doctors notes not yet requested by patient.

I was told by employees that my insurance was now out of network. Needless to say, this was news to me. I called my insurance company and was told that United Healthcare Medicare Advantage PPO IS in network. Can the office be educated to know the difference between PPO and no PPO? Apparently no PPO not accepted.

From beginning to end, the entire visit was perfect. The front desk staff was the best I've experienced in a medical office. The nurse I dealt with before meeting with the doctor was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Thaddeus himself was also kind, considerate, extremely knowledgeable, he put me at ease and I felt as if I made a great choice

Dr. Grabowy is a wonderful physician. He is always up to date about your medical history. He reviews any new issues with you and patiently gives you the best advice and is up to date on all the latest procedures that a patient might be inquiring about. He gets back to you with the results of any tests that he has ordered for you as soon as they are made available to him. He reviews them with you and advises you as to what has to be done next and then he makes arrangements for the procedure I.e. iron infusions. I highly recommend Dr. Grabowy

The staff worked very hard to keep patient care as the focus. I arrived shortly after a driver in the parking lot drove their car directly into the brick wall of the building, scaring some staff. I'm sure it was very distressing for them but they continues to care for patients. Job well done!
