I love the front des ladies "She's Gone", the nurse assistant who took my vitals and screening was professional, patient, efficient and friendly. No one ever made me feel uncomfortable at any time. I was able to get lab work and bone scan on the same day done for my annual physical and schedule consult for my colonoscopy. The portal is much improved and it is good that medical records can be shared within the same system. I have been a patient there for many years. Thank you.

The new system for calling the office is hideous and very difficult to get anything done in a proper manner. They are not nice. They want to do whatever they want to do. They take up 15 minutes of my time trying to make an appointment and it is awful.

She knew exactly what I was going through and showed sympathy for my situation.

I walked in and was escorted to the examining room promptly. I was not feeling well. Rachael was very informative and I felt confident with my analysis. The girls prepping me were a delight.

Rachael was so wonderful. She is a phenomenal Nurse Practitioner who listened to my concerns and treated me better than my past doctors have. I felt so comfortable with her. She explained everything to me.

No more appointments were available due to early holiday closure, but the receptionist told me to come as a walk in. I didn't have to wait too long. Two men were ahead of me. The two assistants who took my info and checked my vital signs were both friendly & efficient. The nurse practitioner said I had a sinus infection, which I had suspected. She sent the prescription immediately to my chosen pharmacy at the local supermarket. I was able to get it soon after.

I was very nervous about my issue and very grateful that I could be seen immediately.

Medication was not sent to the pharmacy. I had a call the next day to try to get the prescription made and wasn't called back until it was too late.

Rachael was great! That said, it is impossible to get in with my primary care DR.... This is the third year I had to use a Nurse practitioner in place of my doctor. Rachael was awesome though and I will plan on going to her more often.

Rachael was great. I waited more than 15 minutes, but it was a very busy day and she explained that to me as soon as she saw me. So, it was no problem. I understood completely and the entire experience was great. I would highly recommend Rachael. Thank you.

There aren't enough drs on staff and the pas are taking the work load. Just need more staff

You took care of me in a timely fashion with the height of professionalism and Rachael was there made me very comfortable. I like her as my nurse practitioner and I had her before and I was very pleased with her performance as a professional and I would stay seeing her for any of my medical needs up ahead. Thank you.

Dr. Rachael is excellent. She's very thorough, very good about explaining, great bedside manner, easy to talk to, respectful, and this practice is very fortunate to have her in it.

We had an appointment the day before to get a blood test. They didn't have the script. We had to come back the next day. And we waited after we made an appointment the day before. It was supposed to be at 8 o'clock. We didn't get the script or the blood test until 9 o'clock.

I thought that everything was explained to me beautifully and anytime I've been there, I always got treated with respect and I never had to wait too long and I have every confidence in this whole thing and I felt very good. They found me with pneumonia and I'm being treated with all kinds of pills and sprays and I just feel that the care was wonderful and I'm feeling much better and I would recommend them anytime. Had great scheduling experience and got in sooner than I expected. One of the medications I already had and wish I was asked first before prescribing it.

Just that the wait was about 50 mins by the time the provider came to the room. I scheduled an early appointment so the wait would not be long. However, the provider explained that there were many walk-ins which the NPs have to see.

Hi, I've met with Rachael virtually twice now. I normally see a different provider, but she's currently out on maternity leave. So Rachael has done a good job both times. But I will say both times I had an appointment scheduled with her for a digital call. The scheduling was off. The first time she thought I guess I was an in-office patient, so she didn't show up on the Zoom, and then she called me like a half an hour later saying like, oops, I thought you were here, you're virtual, whatever. And then this last time that I met with her, she called me at 1215 and sent me the link. And my appointment wasn't until 1245, so I just took the call at 1215 because I was able to. And then I continued to get texts about my appointment at 1245 saying that my provider was running late. So it was a little annoying, a little distracting and inconvenient, not a big deal, but there was definitely a scheduling issue on your end with the virtual calls. But otherwise, we got the job done and I was happy. Thanks for asking.

I have been with Rachael before and she has helped me before and I think she's just a magnificent person and a great asset to the office. I can't say more about her, only she's wonderful.

Extremely disappointed Rachael Maher is leaving HMH. She is far superior than the other PAs I have dealt with at RMA. Hopefully they tried to keep her, if not shame on them.

This was just a follow up appointment. The appointment went well.

I went to the doctor's office with a medical problem. I tried to get to see my primary care physician, however, he was unavailable, so they gave me the nurse practitioner. And I couldn't make an appointment, I had to do a walk-in. So when I walked in, I waited over a half hour to be seen. And I wasn't really happy with the level of service that I received based on the knowledge that my primary care physician was in the office at the time, however, was unable to see me.
