Dr Fahmy is the best! She listens and really cares.

I was unaware that the facility now has valet service for parking. I had no choice but to use this service because there were no other parking spaces available. Had I known about this service prior to my visit, I would have come prepared with money to tip the valet. I tried to get smaller bills at the cafe in the hospital but the employee would not give me change. I felt bad that I was not able to tip the valet. HMH should let patients know about changes like this.

Dr Fahmy has been my physician for over20 years. I am happy for her that she is busy, however it makes it very difficult to schedule an urgent visit with her.

I've been seeing Dr. Fahmy, I believe, for the past 15 years. She's an excellent provider and I truly enjoy having her as my PCP. It just feels like you don't get enough time with the doctor. I wish that the appointment times could be longer, that she had more time to actually sit and talk and not feel so very rushed. And not that I feel like her attention was not there. She definitely gave me 100% attention for the time that we were together, but I truly do wish we actually had more time with her rather than a quick 10-15 minute visit, you know, especially for an annual visit. Being able to discuss things that happened and occurred throughout the year would be better done in a longer slotted time period.

Dr. Fahmy is a wonderful doctor. I feel comfortable talking with her. And I definitely think she's an asset to the facility, to the doctor's office. However, scheduling appointments is very difficult, I think, because she's so popular. Unfortunately, it's hard to schedule and it takes some time, waiting a little bit of time, like maybe a month or two for a visit. I have a chronic illness, so I need to be able to schedule a little bit easier. But everything else is good.

My appointment was at 2 PM. I arrived at 1:40 PM to complete the retina paperwork, but by 2:50 PM, they still hadn't attended to me. I had to approach the receptionist and ask how much longer I had to wait since my appointment was at 2 PM, and it was almost 3 PM. THEY SHOULD RESPECT THE APPOINTMENT TIME.

Dr. Fahmy was recommended to me by another doctor that I was seeing, an endocrinologist, and I'm so thankful that she did because she has just been amazing to me. And I can call her any time during the day or any day of the week if I need medication or something, and she's right, responds right away, right away. She has an excellent staff, they're very courteous, and the waiting time is almost nothing to get in. It's just a well-done practice, and I really, really admire her, and I'm just so thankful to have her.

I have never felt so at ease with any Doctor. She knows what is best for my health. Listen's to my concerns and then gives me directions to be healthy. Knows my family health issues and makes sure I keep on the right track for health. Again, Best Doctor you could ever go to.
