Excellent doctor.

She is very human and knows how to understand well what one is looking for. She is very professional and suggests what steps to follow to find other professionals that one needs.

I was waiting for the doctor in the room for 40 minutes. When doctor came, she didn't apologize or explain why there was such a delay. I felt that my time is disrespected. I could have come there one hour late and do everything, not wait there for almost an hour.

Clearly emphasized when I scheduled the appt for my father (who has dementia and has difficulty walking) that it was for Urology. Checked in. Taken to the exam room And learned that it was for a physical. Provided medical docs at check in and while in the exam room from the Assisted Living Facility that my father resided at. It wasn't until the doctor entered the room (after an EKG) that she would not be able to examine him because he lives in an Assisted Living Facility. A wasted 3 hours for my father and me (I took off time from work). Very disappointing

Dr. Cirignano is amazing. She's always so kind and caring and understanding. She answers all my questions, takes her time. She's very thorough. She's an amazing doctor.

I don't particularly like virtual visits. I rather spend time in person with a doctor.

Dr. Cirignano, Has Been My Primary Doctor For Already Many Years...She Has Always Been Concerned, "True Blue", And Dedicated To All Of Her Patients...She Is More Than "An Excellent Model And Example" Of All Doctors Out There...????...

Excellent medical service that I received.

This doctor showed absolutely no confidence in discussing my medical history and recommended treatment options. She said she feels uncomfortable doing breast exams, even though I said I had a lump in my left breast. She handed me a bunch of papers as opposed to setting me up with the doctor. She was trying to refer me to. All in all a very stressful and uneasy doctors appointment. I will not be going back to her or anyone at Hackensack due to this experience.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Dr Cirignano is always pleasant n caring ( makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend

What I was most impressed about with the doctor was that she was very attentive, explained things extremely well, went beyond what she should have been to make sure that she explained to you and that you understand and that your meds all were good and she checked out whether or not anything was not supposed to be and she discussed things with me in a manner where I understood everything. And also the best thing yet is she felt astonished so that my wife could understand. Thank you very much for hiring this doctor.

The provider is excellent and she will be the one I continue to see. Office staff seemed a bit dis-organized and I was kept waiting a long time. The Dr did explain there was a time consuming medical issue before my appointment, so I understand.

My appointment was at 1pm. Provider came to see me at 2.17pm. Had to ask if the provider was there or I should leave. Left the premises at 3.12pm....a total of 2hrs and 12 min at the doctors! I was not impressed....

Well, I like her. I'm going by her for years and I won't change her. She's a very good doctor, the way I think anyway. I like her very much and she answers all my questions if I have questions or whatever. She explains things the way I can understand and she's fine. That's it.

I really liked it. I thought she was very good and very thorough, and I would recommend her. And I'm going to try and see if it works out with her. OK.

Dr. Cirignano is one of the best doctors that I have and I wouldn't change her for anybody else. There is nothing to improve in my meeting with Dr. Cirignano. On the contrary, it's above my expectations.

What I don't like is that you can't call the office directly, but rather a call center. It wastes a lot of time. You don't feel the personalized service you used to get.

Provider is very professional, kind, understanding n knowledgeable.

The doctor was great. She was phenomenal. And she provided phone calls to follow up to some of the things that she had advised me during the visit. But the wait is horrible. I'm not sure why there is even an appointment system if you need to wait over half an hour to an appointment just to be called inside and then to wait another half an hour sitting inside and doing nothing. If it wasn't for the wait, I would definitely recommend going to Hackensack Meridian for outpatient services. But because the wait is so horrible and the management of the appointment system is so horrible, I wouldn't really recommend going here for any of the visits.
