Front desk customer service very poor, disrespectful. When complaining about her attitude, she became even more upset. If it were not that I like the doctor , I would never return.

I was happy to be able to see Dr. Anshelevich so quickly after calling for an appointment. She started me on antibiotics for a urinary tract infection immediately and thus prevented further symptoms or worsening of the problem. I always appreciate the care she gives me.

The office needs to do a better job of managing appointments and informing patients if the doctor is running behind or if there is a delay. I heard two other patients inquire about timing as I sat and waited nearly an hour after my appointment time. After which I got up to ask if I would seen soon. That's really not acceptable in my opinion.

I was very impressed with Dr. Irina. I was a new patient. She took time with me because she didn't know my history, but she could see certain medical records in the computer. She went over each of them with me. She even asked questions for tests and things I've had that were not on the computer. In other words, I think she was extremely thorough, and that's the kind of doctor that I was looking for. I was extremely pleased. I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr Anshelaevich has been my primary care doctor for many years. She has seen me through cancer as well as other health scares. I moved to upstate a few years ago. I travel 1 1/2 hours to see Dr A! My last visit was a follow up after being in the hospital upstate for 5 days. I brought her all the reports. She was able to explain everything in a way that made me feel so comfortable! Dr A came up with a plan. She's honest, compassionate and thorough.

The doctor is outstanding, patient, warm, and thorough. However, I had to wait for an hour before I was taken. I arrived early for an appointment that I had scheduled months before and still had to wait and was not given any explanation nor any apology. but the doctor herself is outstanding.
