I understand sometimes emergencies happen, however, appointments are made and waiting 30 minutes is not acceptable. Maybe don't cram in appointments on top of each other. Leave more then 15 minutes between them to give Dr more time to spend with patients.

April Huggler is a wonderful nurse practitioner. Always understanding, takes the time. I've been going to her for a couple of years now and she's phenomenal. I really like her. She's very sweet and not judgmental and she should be commended for her hard work. I know that the doctors probably get a lot of appreciation but I'm not sure how much she does. Dr. Huggler was most helpful

I had a very early appointment, 8:30am and I still had to wait 25 minutes to be called back. I can't imagine the delay this causes for later in the day appointments. It is very frustrating waiting in the waiting room for this long with no updates and no one else even sitting there waiting to be called back. It did not seem busy yet the wait was very long.

I went in because I was having pain in my right lower back and some issues with my neck. I was afraid the back pain was kidney issues and I wanted to make sure it was addressed. April prescribed Medrol dose pack and told me if that that didn't help my back after I finished the medication to just come in any time. I am on day two of the medicine and have 4 more days but so far it seems to be helping. She seemed to think the pain was near my iliac crest and she seems to be right. Great PA!

Dr. Huggler is my favorite doctor ever and she is always a 10. She is a hard worker. She does not play around.
