I've been seeing Dr Gardilla for many years. I think she's great.

Dr.Gardilla always listens to what I have to say. She is compassionate, thorough, and understanding. She explains things that I am able to understand. She is very knowledgeable and I have recommended her to friends. I trust her 100 percent in caring for me.

Would have liked a detailed result of my lab specimen in the portal notes. Apparently, there was an issue since a prescription was called in for antibiotics...which I requested since I assumed it was another UTI.

Hi. I was given a prescription for a cough medicine that apparently doesn't even exist anymore. So I kind of was on a wild goose chase trying to track down this medication that I wanted to take, but apparently I can't get it anymore. So I think that the way to improve this would be to make sure that you know what's available on the market and what patients can get and what patients can't get. So that would be so helpful. But otherwise, great experience. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Waited over 40 mins in the examine room for the doctor to come in... and spend 5-7 minutes with me. Maybe not even that long. Would have appreciated less waiting time and maybe more patient care for less than the overall 45 mins I spent there.

I gave all the insurance information to the receiptionst, approximately two weeks I received a bill. I called the phone number on the the bill, and the person that I spoke with, said, that my insurance information, was not not all entered. Very Fustrating!!

I would like to have my script for bloodwork prior to my appointment so I can discuss the results with the doctor during my appointment

A professional and most informative visit Thanks for the treatment

I was informed over the phone that this would be a comprehensive initial visit, similar to a physical. However, upon arrival, the experience fell short of expectations. The technician asked me several questions that were already answered on the forms I had submitted, and when the doctor finally saw me, she spent no more than five minutes with me. During that brief time, I mentioned that I needed referrals for dermatology, gynecology, and audiology. However, the doctor seemed rushed and assured me she would provide them during my physical (which had not yet been scheduled). When I emphasized that I needed to schedule these appointments soon, she agreed but still appeared hurried. Throughout the visit, I felt as though the doctor was eager to leave, and I had to ask my questions quickly to ensure my concerns were heard. I did mention an issue with my toe, and she recommended a podiatrist, which I appreciated. I hope the doctor will be more thorough during my physical, as she seemed knowledgeable and kind, provided there is more time to actually engage with her. However, I find it misleading for the office to bill my insurance for what amounted to a rushed visit, where the doctor essentially glanced at my forms and briefly spoke with me. I took time off work for this, and it felt like the visit was unnecessarily split into two. As a result, I advised my husband to cancel his upcoming new patient appointment with another doctor in this office, as it seems inefficient to miss work twice for what should be accomplished in one visit.

The only complaint I have is about the constant and incessant messaging from your automated system. It's overkill from beginning to end. Please calm it down.

I'm a new patient and the reason for my visit was to get my yearly physical which Medicare & United Healthcare pay for. I didn't know this first was just a consultation. Now I have to come back in a month for the physical. Why couldn't we do this all in one visit? It would make better use of the doctors time & my time. Please advise.

The Dr. did not offer any advice or make any recommendations regarding the reason for the appointment other than a script for blood tests. Nor did the Dr. do any follow-up after the findings of the blood tests were available despite my phone call to her requesting it.

I came to Dr Gardilla to my groups Walk-in sick clinic I was seen quickly. Dr. Gardilla listened attentively to my concerns about my cough which I felt was moving deeper into my chest. I also told her that I had asthma when she asked about my health issues. She was very kind. She diagnosed me quickly and gave me the appropriate medications to help clear my lungs. I would definitely be happy to see Dr. Gardilla again.
