She is an amazing, knowledgeable, patient physician.

Improve, spend a little more time with the patient. When I ask a question that I didn't understand, the doctor should be patient instead of rolling her eyes. Secondly, some of the information was like thrown at me and some of it like paper reminders, not reminders but papers to discuss something that I asked a question and no explanation was made, no script was sent for this when I tried to schedule an appointment. So a lot of it's rushed and when you're older, you can't be rushed like you're a young person. I'm pretty good at getting information from doctors but I found it to be quite difficult because I felt like I was rushed and given.

Dr. Chalansani is a very compassionate and understanding doctor. She listens to all my concerns. She goes over everything very thoroughly with me of my medical problems. I can't see myself with any other doctor. I hope she stays there forever. All right. Thank you. Bye.

I'm always impressed with Dr. Chalansani's ability to explain things clearly to me and to spend as much time as possible going over my entire health history relative to diabetes and her easy explanations for a layperson. The entire staff at the office treats everybody professionally and it's actually a welcoming experience to go to see this practice at Hope Tower.

I had developed a feeling that Endocrinologist were not concerned at all about their thyroid patients. Boy did Dr CHALANSANI change my opinion! We had a very thorough appointment like I've never had before and she truly understood my concerns. I appreciate her so much.
