Donnabella does not hurry me. I get the feeling he is really focused on me, not preoccupied on the computer. I'm sure Dr's. Are required to document everything but sitting in front of computer is rude, akin to focusing on cellphone.

The provider took his time with care, the appointment, and even having his office staff call my daughter to schedule the follow-up appointment. I would definitely say that as far as the staff and the provider, they did an amazing job. My only concern is as a Medicaid recipient, I have been sent to collections and also received a bill on balance billing. The office has corrected it, but it was an issue in the past. Thank you.

Everything was spoken clearly, respectfully, and it was explained well, not a long wait. The only thing is, if you want to get an appointment, if you're having an emergency, you have to go to urgent care, and they don't help you, then you have to go to the emergency room. You can't get an appointment right away, and phone calls aren't returned too fast. That's all. Thank you.
